rode with a guy yesterday that had the power kit on his mojave and he said its pissing him off. good bottom end but he has no top end... i blew him away on my trailblazer and he lost to a Lakota sport too. he had cut fenders whitebros pipe, ITP holeshots K&N power kit and some other physical mods... if you do go with it, its gonna be alot of messing around to get the jets right

The powerkit is pretty straight forward, but you do need some mechanical knowledge to install it. I can tell you that if you install it correctly you will not have the problems listed above. They tell you where to set the needle for your elevation, what jet to run based on your mods and it was right on for me both with the aftermarket exhaust set up and with the stock exhaust set up. It will give you a noticeable gain in power throughout the power curve.

Default performance for my kawasaki mojave

if you really want your mojave to be competative get some of the mods in my signature, at one point all i was running was a white brothers E series a K and N drop in filter and a 140 jet and i was able to put a 13 tooth front sprocket on and have enough power to wheelie with it on, lots of torque

by drop in filter do you mean the one that goes in the stock airbox? Also what gear were you able to wheelie in and how much top end did you lose with the 13 tooth front sprocket

yea the filter just went into the stock airbox. now when i had the 12 front sprocket and a 41 tooth back i could wheelie easily but not as easily when i got the 13 tooth but i didnt loose as much bottom end as some ppl said. Then i bought a new engine and did the modifications in my signature, and if anyone is interested i have a White brothers pipe E series and a whole engine perfect condition left over, CDI coil carb ,everything , header cables.

I have a mojave with what i have listed and i have no problem wheeling in 2nd gear.I weigh 200 lbs.The jet kits are easy to install.I loved the mojave but just recently bought a raptor.I had to go up to a thirteen tooth sprocket. In 5th with the 12 it just seemed to want more.
