I've been to 3 dealers around the Portland, Oregon area. The price they want around here seems high compared to what people are paying around the rest of the country. The best price so far is $7285 +tax for the 650, hitch and a three year warranty. Are their any deals out here in the Great NorthWest? Riding in a poker run in two weeks, I want to be on the 650!

I purchased mine in Semptember last year and payed 6,800. Montana has no sales tax so i payed 6,800 out the door. This didn't included the warranty. I had to pay something like 28 dollars for a hitch later on.

My first post - Oh Boy! I bought a 650 and 360 in the Sacramento area w/o any options (probably my mistake and broke). The package price was $13,000 out the door. They calculated $7,200 for the 650 and $5,800 for the 360 (Duh). Another dealer wanted $13,458, and another suggested $13,000 was fair but they already sold their only 360. I've appreciated reading a lot of "threads" and will have to admit that I should have bought two-650s instead of one 360 for for the kids and wife. Oh well! Haven't had the 10 hr. yet. After reading about the belt probelms, I will buy the 3 year extended warranty so both bikes will cost another $500+ each. Add another $130 per helmet and a trailer and the costs keep growing. I've ordered a hitch for the 650 and speedo for the 360. Regarding the tempearture questions and how to fix - I will use militec this summer and let you know. I've used it in the family cars and Kubota 2710. Militiec did reduce the temperature reading on the Kubota and the cooling fan in an older car did not come on as much - not real hightec evaluations but accurate reporting.

Ruvy, I paid $7100 from Action Motorsports in Oregon City. It included fees, hitch, a2000 warn winch and winch plate. I opted not to get the warrantee (and got insurance instead). Seems like most of the dealers are willing to only negotiate about 10%.

Where's the poker run?

Dextreme,
I went to Action Motorsports after work today, I signed on the dotted line for $7150+tax. Included the warranty and hitch. All they had was a green one so I won't get the red one until next week. Can't wait to ride!!! The Dealer in Vancouver wanted $7538+tax for the Prairie Without the warranty and hitch. They wouldn't budge from that price, I walked out laughing.
The Poker run is at Browns Camp, April 7th. It costs $17 and check in time is 8-10am. Going with my brother-in-law who rides a Raptor. maybe we'll catch ya there.
