I got a new ride the "360 Prarie" It is fun and lots of power. I had no big troubles with it so far. I got about 150 mil on it. I live in Northern MN. Lots of woods, lakes, swamps.

After the break in time of the engine I got approximately 54 MPH out of Kawa 360. The belt only slipped once. I was at a full stop at the start of a ditch, it was snow covered I hit the gas and it slipped. I read the owners book and it said if your working the prarie hard it is best to put it in low gear when under a load. I tryed it in low gear and it did not slip. That was the only time it happened.

I had it in deep water and the belt did not slip. In slushy areas on a trail my tires would spin in 2-hi, The big bear 400 did not spin as much in 2-hi. The 360 has better stock tread than the 400 big bear. I don't know if the 360 is geared higher than the 400 big bear. I think it would help if I put bigger meats on it.

### If any one has a new 2003 360,
How many hours do you have on it and any problems with it so far?####

I don't have one but I posted here the other day with only one reply. You say 54 mph? The one post I got said he was only getting 45?
I saw one the other day at the dealer sitting right next to a 650.It looked like the 360 was actually bigger!I have a kodiak and it has been flawless but I have taken a serious look at the Kaws this time....mainly for that sealed brake!.Have you actually ran it against any other quads at all?? Just curious.Oh....it listed for $5499.00,what did you get it for? Thanks

I have had a 360 for 2 1/2 weeks now. Have only run 1 1/2 tanks of fuel through it. I am not sure if it is broken in yet, so I have not been hard on it. I have the optional speedmotor ordered. I like the bike so far, it seems to have all the power I need. It seems to have a lot of pulling power and I have used it to pull several heavy things. My other ATV is a 2000 honda recon and what I was surprised about with the 360 is how much louder it was than the recon. I like things that are quite and at anything over 15mph this thing is not quite. I am used to running along at 20mph in 4th gear on the recon pulling few rpms. I like the seating and ride of the 360 a lot better than the recon, it sure is larger. The other day ordered both a front basket and a rear drop basket from www.candssales.com. I don't like having to wait around for companies to start building winch mounts and skid plates for this new machine, this is my biggest disappointment so far.

I got the kawa 360 for $5199, after tax it was $5640. I was on the road when I got approximately 54mph out of it. I was running with the 2 strok 350 polaris. and the 400 big bear. I don't have the Mph on mine so they told me the speed. 54mph is all it has, I pushed it for about quarter of mile wide open.. The power is great, but it is louder than non automatics.

Have a good one,

Steven
