On ebay there is a mojave that says "its the 6 speed modle"what is up with this.Has any one ever heard of a 6 speed mojave????

 

i have heard of this being done
the reverse gear was takin out to do it
my freind told me about it so i dont no exactly how it worked

I doubt if it is really a six speed. Could just be a mistake. Kawi even listed the Mojave as a six speed on their web site by mistake a while back. Some folks also count reverse as speed. 5 forward + 1 reverse = 6 speeds. They then say "6 speed with reverse" meaning that one of the 6 is reverse. Most of us would think they mean 6 forward with reverse but they use different terminology. The tractor industry does something like that, my Wheel Horse is called an 8 speed but it actually only has 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds.

I dont think its possible to add another gear into a four wheeler that doesnt come like that.
