My kawi 360 ended up sideways the other day for a minute or two, No big deal. The problem is when the air filter was removed there was about a half a quart of oil in the bottom of the air box. My question is how bad is this, and is there something I should do besides clean up the air box?

No big deal, no worry. Engine will eat the oil, filter probly ok.

unless the oil got into the carb, into the orifice for the CV vacuum boot and made it run bad, I would not worry. Just wipe it up. Stop tipping it sideways ( also don't overfill the crank) and you will be ok.

Check your engine oil level.
