pine,
Just to let you know, i put Dirt Devil 27" on my griz...like them very much. I can still spin the tires and do a d"O"nut with em! They are a 6 ply tire, so alot better for "bush" riding. I have not noticed any decrease in power at all. As far as hard pack....not to bad of a ride. under 3mph it is a lil bumpy, but not anything to write home about.
I went with 27" for a couple of reasons. I like being able to climb over the fall'n trees and i like not getting stuck in what mud that i do hit. (sucks winching!) Another thing, if you do any type of climbing (lil valleys, gorges, etc.) the more aggressive tread really bites good and keeps you from having ALOT of tire spin and pulls ya right up. The "DUNFLOPS" were not all that bad, but DANG the wear quick!
As far as jetting????? sorry, cant help ya.
