When I checked the plugs on my 650 the rear plug was wet. Does this mean it's running rich? The front plug was fine.

Was it right after you started it or had it been running a while? the rear carb is jetted 2 sizes richer than the front because of heat in the rear cylinder, if it starts fouling them, have the dealer check the choke cable's for sticking, and have the synce'd. it should be ok then. they will be a little wet if you start them cold with the choke until it warms up enough to burn it off.

I didn't start my bike before I checked the plugs. That's why I felt it was strange the back plug was wet after sitting for a few days. It's running fine so I don't think I'll change anything yet.

The only thing I can think of is maybe you forgot to turn the fuel valve off and pressure from the fuel pump, forced gas into your cylinder. I would keep an eye on it and if it keep's doing it, take it to the dealer.
