This is a question for any mpjave owners out there. I am very close to purchasing a new mojave. Just have to wait for my raise at work to go through. The only reservation that I have is I have never ridden one. I have been ridding my brothers warrior latley and I like the power that it has. I have not ridden any other quads for quite some time so I am not sure how much power it really has. My question is if any mojave people have ridden warriors and could give my some indication of what kind of power it has. I am asuming it is less than a warrior but any indication of how much less would be appreciated.

the warrior is a sit down trail bike and is best for cruising not mx
the warrior has a very outdated engine sohc 2 valve AIR COOLED
i was looking at one myself until my freind got a new mojave and i liked it much better
the mo stock will get beat by most warriors
but with it being a dohc 4 valve liqid cooled engine in a stand up style chassis it performes great in all areas

it can be modded for anything from woods to mx it revs much more than the warrior
the mojave motor is held back by the stock exhaust and air box
it has awsome potential and only in the last year or two have motors with this technology been available

I have had bouth!I had a moded warrior a few years back and i liked it but not as much as the mojave. The warrior is a little bit faster but with a few mods u can make a mojave run faster. The warrior is a good bike to have if u do riding on like fireroads and stuff likr that,The mojave is good for almost every thing. It is a very good trail bike and pretty good pit bike. But if u are going to do somw jumping u will have to get some new shocks like the elkas i have.

the complete clutch kit is about 105.00 at jamesLuckyatv. the barnett clutch just seems to last longer. and i think stock valves are stainless but i have what is called white diamond valves. they just don't wear as fast so I don't have to adjust them as often.
