Trekker Tires
#1
Does anyone out there run Titan Trekker tires on the front and/or back? If so, how do they handle in trail and mud riding. I have a 2002 Lakota Sport, would it be better to run the 20" or the 22" rear tire?
Thanks

I originally thought 22" tires were the only way to go. Then I measured the stock 22's and found they were only 21 1/2". Then shopping around I found that almost all 20" after market tires varied between 20 1/2" to 21". My reasoning was to have as much tire for grip and ground clearence. But now I know better.
First, you loose most 3/4" of ground clearence with the 20". Second the 20" tires are 3 pounds lighter each than the 22's.
So with performance in mind I went with the 20's and will never go back to 22's.
As far as your tire salection, I know nothing about them.
