360 Update

Sounds like plowing shouldn't be a problem with the Eiger, but here's a real dumb question... When you have the selector back in reverse, do you then have 5 reverse gears with the manual? Also, has anyone put a plow on a P360, and if so, how did it work?

Only one speed in reverse. Foot shift must be in neutral before you can move the H/L/R lever to the reverse position. Reverse engages only when foot shift is neutral. I think I remember from the manual that reverse is geared the same as 1st.

I have a P650. My neighbor has a P360. I have ITP 589's. He has stock tires. His bike can go anywhere mine will. Mine is better in gumbo mud, but we go around it if we can. No need to wear it out on purpose. Plus, that stuff is hard to wash off. The 360 rides smoother, manuvers better, uses less gass, cost less money, & the belt is flawless. I had a little with mine on the 650, but o.k. now.
Don't know much about the eiger, but the 360 is awesome.

We sell both machines (the Eiger and the Prairie 360) and I like the 360 better... Suzuki screwed the pooch when the Eigers came out with the massive recall campaigns.. Kawasaki managed to bring out a new machine (albeit with alot of carryover parts) with very few, if any, problems. We've sold maybe 25 of the 360s so far and we've only had ONE problem. Kawasakis automatic welder robots left some slag on the frame in the battery area and rubbed one wire of the wiring harness all the way through and it grounded out. That one problem on one machine of 25 AIN'T bad!

tried my 4-wheel drive system again , got it in a spot where it would not move forward or backward in 2-wheel drive , flipped my switch and spun the back tires a few round and the front grabbed abd out it came. Spinning the front wheels should not make a difference because the power is coming from the diff to the tires , I have no idea why your has to spin the front wheels , that does not make any since. Good luck , you might want to get it checked out.

Thanks Jeffro for clarifying that. We'll check it out and see what's going on. FTR, we never manually turned the fronts to engage 4wd, but the bike did just spin the rears and never went into 4wd.
