Don't mess with the pilot or starter jets, they are fine.
Just shim the needle with two shims, put the air fuel mixture screw at two turns out and a 135 main will probably be big enough.
Whats happening is your needle is to lean and upping the main like your doing is increasing the overlap of the main and the needle. This makes you think the jettings better and the plug kinda looks rite but it's not. Very common mistake in chasing out a mid range lean spot. they can be a pain to find.
Just try it out by going to the hardware store and get, I believe it's a #6 flat washer and stick it up under the needle and drop the main down.
Order the shims from dynojet, they're real cheap.
