Has anyone outfitted their P650 with a snorkel? I would like to install one on mine, just wondering if anyone else had done it, and HOW you did it?

Thanks!!

I just put on the NAPA 7335 hose ($11.35) yesterday and felt that it was too short. I added a piece of 1.5" PVC pipe with the top cut at a 45 deg angle that comes through the opening the stock one did, but I have it extended up to the bottom of the steering neck. I'd like to have a larger pipe, but 2" PVC seems to large to go in the hose. When I'm ready to do the jets I'll probably go with the DG Snorkle. That's going to have to wait on winter though.

I don't think it would be difficult to extend the pipe through the radiator cap cover with a flexable coupler of some type. The CVT vent isn't something I've looked at yet, but that may be a bit more difficult as I don't believe it has a round intake.

Where did you add this pipe? Did you cut back the factory intake just inside the radiator cover? Or, did you just feed the tube into the existing intake?

Thanks!!

It just replaces the stock unit, I didn't need to cut anything to put it in. There is a rubber flap of sorts that the original goes through, you'll just follow the original route.
