my problem is belt which whistles that to make
a the kvf650

If your belt is worn, it is loose, and makes a sqeeking sound when you begin moving. If this is what you are talking about, you could just replace the belt, or you could remove spacers from the driven (rear) pulley. Here are some instructions.
