I have been going to WI for the last ten years for many great rides. My brother-in-law who got me started in atving lives in WI and the State is very ATV friendly. This has become a yearly retreat for us and family. Most of the trails will lead you into a town where you can purchase gas, food, whatever you need. The trails are really different from down here. Campgrounds that we stay at you can ride you ATV from to the trails. In the Black River Falls Area they are mostly sandy winding through state or county forests. There are some county back roads to ride that also connects to trails. I have not been to the Coal Creek Area in a few years. Used to ride there with a friend that did coal mining up there. Have never rode a Lokata, but the P650 has a sporty ride. Mostly ride at Royal Blue but from what everyone is saying about Coal Creek might need to go back and check out some of the trails. Steep hills and I do not get along as I have rolled one to many. After having a 600 lb atv coming at you while you are upside down is not my idea of fun.
