Ok, I have mod. the airbox, exhaust, and installed dynojet kit (130f,134r). Power is great what a improvement, but I have a little problem. When I'am put'in around at 4 or 5 mph for about 30 sec. later the motor seems to load up or miss. With a stab of the throttle the 650 takes off like a banshee on fire. ???????? Ok I have adj. the air mix from 2 1/4 out to 3 and back a couple of times with no effect. Everywhere else in the powerband the machine runs great just on a real slow pull. It may not sound like a big problem, but if I am rock crawling on a steep mountain here in WV it is a problem! Also I did not syncro the carbs after installing the jet kits, could that be it(it idles fine doesn't start as easy thou)?

NYROC I set the jet on the 5th groove could that be it?

Any idea's Surveyor or Gaff???

Put the needle clip in the 4th notch, and idle it up in gear until you can feel it start to lurch forward, then back off the iddle until it stop's lurching,if it isn't idleing high enough it will load a little, and if the clip isn't in the 4th notch it will load up a little.......
