Hi guys, I'm new to this. I just bouught a 2000 Kaw Mojave, and a 1998 300ex for $2300 for the two of them. Pretty good deal. But the Mojave doesn't run. The guy I bought it from said he and his son were climbing hills, and the Mojave got to the top and stalled, and hasn't ran since.

He thought it may possibly be a timing problem, could it have sheared a key and be putting the CDI unit out of time?
Just today my dad and I checked the Key, it was fine. Spark Yes. compression Yes. so we tryed to pull start it and the motor locked up and is now froze. What Is Wrong???

Sounds like the timing chain problem. Seems your cam timing is off and you either have a bad auto adjuster or the timing chain is shot. The piston is probably hitting a valve.

Go ahead and pull the valve cover and check the cam marks with the fly wheel T mark.

Well I pulled the top-end and shure enough you were correct the cam chain was broke, but it didn't hurt anything. Everything looks and feels sweet the bottom-end is tight, and smooth and the piston looks great. Is this a common part that a dealer would have in stock, and not have to order?

You did get a helluva deal. How did you try to pull start a Mojave? They don't have pull starters. Behind a truck maybe?
If you wanted to I'm sure you could sell just one of those and get your money back plus a few bucks easy.
