I have a rebuilt 1987 Mojave, I rejeted the carb and added a cobra exhaust....The engine cuts out at higher rpm's what gives? It also did this before when it was stock. Acts like it not getting gas, but when it happens and i put the choke on it doesn't change anything....so I believe it's getting gas. Any help will be apreciated. Thanks.

sounds like you are hitting the rev limiter.

Is there any way to eliminate the rev limiter? A sensor that can be disconected maybe? You can tell it has a lot of power left, seems a shame to waste it.....I hit top end at about 200 yards.

You can send your CDI box to Four Stroke Tech to have the limiter removed.
