Has anybody upgraded there 2000A winch with the upgrade kit how does it work and is it worth the money

 

I don't think you need the added yank of the A2500 kit, especially if you compare the cost of a ****** block that doubles your pulling force.

However, the 2500 kit comes with that awesome DPDT relay that lets you use a small toggle.

I was able to remove the toggle from the funny remote thingy that warn gives you and mount the toggle switch in a perfectly ergonomic place on my handlebars. I love it. See this.
