360 Modifications suggestions please.

My 360 is stock so far and I think it is a great machine for what it is. I would like to make some improvements however. I would like more ground clearance, better tires, a stiffer rear shock, and better engine performance. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks guys>

Aggie, dustin is on the right track. If you change the spring, you can easily run the bigger tires you need without sacrificing umph (just don't ever let the belt get loose). I like to run at least 26" tires in the summer for clearance reasons. I put 28" tires on in winter and spring for additional clearance.
I have a stock 650 spring, but I won't give it up. It is yellow. It looks like EPI only has white, green and black (just different spring forces). If you call them up, they might tell you which one would work for your 360. Might be a good idea, since their springs are only $20-$25.

Aggie: Sorry I can't give any advice on your P360, what I am looking for is information on the P360. I am adding to the atv familly, I presently own a P650 and looking into buying a P360. I have never driven one yet but from what I can tell it is a great quad. I am interested in what you think of your machine. Does it climb hills well, does it do good towing heavy loads, does it vibrate any speeds; actually anything you could tell me about this machine would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ......MJSTX

Thanks Nyroc and Dustin for all the suggestions. I will let you know how they turn out. MJSTX -So far I am happy with the machine. Although my belt has started slipping a little when I take off. I will be taking it in for it's routine service this week so that should fix it.
This quad does have vibration, especially when taking off. I have not pulled any weight with it yet. I am not happy with it's ground clearance. I have used it to climb creek banks and I do not have any problems. The engine braking is great for descending steep slopes. The machine is great in the mud, except when I high center in deep ruts.I have also had it in deep water up to it's rack and it does well. No belt slippage so far after water crossings. My buddy's Grizzly 660 is bad about banging out in deep water. Mine won't. So far I am happy with it. Has more features than any other mid size bike and a great price.

Aggie: Thanks for the information it was of great value. I am sure you will have a great time with your machine, it does have more features than any other in it's class. I onwn a P650 and have installed a different secondary clutch spring (EPI KSS3), it has made a big difference on the performance of the machine with larger tires but if your "belt" is the same as the P650, you will have to keep a close look at your belt deflection to keep your clutch working properly. There is no compromise for this adjustment. Thanks again .......MJSTX
