I will have my P650 in about 3 weeks, I have driven and looked at my cousins P650 many times and have came up with a way to make a dual exhaust. The only worry I have is the gas tank on the right side.. Has anyone ever heard or seen this before?

For safety, I would keep the two exhausts on the left. I guess they would look better left and right.

I want to make mine dual, but I am only going to put two mufflers on the left side. I am not going to do anything until after I get the CDI from Diamond G.

I want the same, but I have not been able to find a muffler combo that will work together. Nyroc have you found a combo yet?

I was thinkin about getting two fmf Q series, and I would fabricate a braket to hold the two together nice and tight.

By combo, do you mean 2 into 1 muffler?

nyroc, are you going to put them right down the middle so it looks like a Ducati, or are you planning on taking the safe route by keeping them on the left side.... far far away from the gas tank?

Left side away from the tank, with as few pipe bends as possible.

It is possible to pick up a universal silencer from DMC. I saw it some where but not quite sure where. I think that would look the best. I was thinking of doing that to mine. Then making a special tip to quiet it down a hair.

Nyroc think if you let the silencers stick out past the quad, the pipe would be far enough from the gas tank?? This would allow you to have a silencer on both sides and it'd probally look pretty cool. If I get it to work I'll take pictures.

I tend to keep things as inconspicuous as possible. That is the main reason why I only want them to be right where the stock muffler is.

I realize if you kept back far enough, or kept the pipes low enough and shielded them, that you could run them where they would look best.

There is just too much plastic stuff in the middle and on the right for me to do that.

I would be interested in seeing your photos when you get it done.

I really like FMF products, see www.fmfracing.com go to 4 stroke, then mufflers. What do you think about the Q series, or the Power series?

No, Nyroc I mean a pair of mufflers.

Which Q models where you going to use? Because I didn't see a universal model like the Megamax, which look like a model that would work.(but theres no specs)
