How many miles on the belt? Are you using low range in the tight, technical stuff? Any slow stuff(under 15mph)You should use the low range. You mite also want to install the EPI "black spring" on the driven pulley.
The popping MAY be loose frt. whl. brng. outer race in the knuckle. The 360's had this problem. It was solved, by the dealer, by setting the outer brng. race with LockTite stud and brng. mount.
Hope this helps. ALSO-- See my post about the Oct 5th P-650 ride at H/M, Bear Wallow trailhead.
OOPS--- Just realized you got rid of it. Sorry about your bad experience with the bike, I love mine. You are STILL welcome to show up on Oct 5th, ALL BRANDS welcomed.

2002 my brother had a 99 scrambler and it cost him 18000 can for 18 months. the poping noises is because you switch 2 to 4 while spinning.
