As the title might suggest. How do I go about synchronizing my carbs? I had read something before about using vacume gauges on each carb and adjusting "something" until they both have the same reading.
Any help would be appreciated.

I used the Carbtune II this weekend. It was an easy chore. Check it out at http://www.carbtune.com/

Oshawa,
on the right side of the quad, you'll have to get doen low to see it, there are 2 capped off ports on the intakes, one on each, take the caps off, and put a line to a carbtune/mercury stick/vacum guage..
then there is a screw that is between the carbs that controls the butterflys..(on the left side of the quad) if you have access to a manual, it is on page 2-11) this is what you adjust, you want to get the carbs equal or specs is within 2 cm of each other..make sure the quad is warmed up good before checking/adjusting, & if you adjust, blip the throttle & check it again..
hope this helps..

So you can use just a vaccum gauge that checks on at a time. Of coarse it will take longer but it can be done then.

I used to sync. muti-carb set-ups on cars by listening to the "hiss" of each each carb's intake. Do you have a manual? It'll show you what others are explaining here, about which screw(s) to adj. Just remember to do small changes, and wait a few seconds for the change to take effect.
