OK I think you may want a little more info than that...
The Scrammy can't accelerate like a P650 so the Prairie will have it off of the line (seen this personally), also a Scrambler doesn't have the top speed of a Prairie, so given enough room the 650 will leave the Polaris way behind.
A Scrambler 400 may accelerate with a 650 but it still losses on the top.

I don't have a 2002 Scrambler but I do have a 2000 Scrambler 500 4X4. Stock for stock the Prairie is slightly quicker out of the hole, and slowly pulls away. The Scrambler is faster on tight trails. I put 26" Mudrunners on my Prairie and all of a sudden the Scrambler became faster out of the holes and also on top speed. The Prairie will not eat the Scrambler alive as some have stated. They both have their place in the atv world. They are both great machines.
