Default will 28" fit p650 without lift

I'm looking to buy eather 28" vampers or mudzillas for my 02' 650 and really don't want to spend $140+ for a lift kit. Will the front tires rub when turning and sus. compressed.

I run 28in Outlaws and with internal lugs on the back tires will rub against the fuel tank plastic guard. Otherwise the fronta are okay. If needed you can get one inch spacers for the rear, or get offset rims that will compensate for extra width. The rims would be your better choice, or try the new tires before you decide. I don't think the Vamps have internal lugs so you should be alright about the mud bugs someone else will have have to let you now.

28" mudzillas on ITP steel wheels, they rubbed minorly when bottoming out. The front rims had extra spacing.

Since I changed to douglas wheels with the stock wheel spacing, the rubbing is gone. Not that it bothered me before. I swapped rims to save to weight and reduce steering effort (spacing). It helped, but I still use my lighter tires for everything but the muddiest rides. 28" Mudzilla on douglas .190
