bearclaw psi
#2
I run different pressure in mine depending on the circumstance. I have a small air compressor that I carry in my box that allows me to make changes on the trail. When I ride fast hardpack, I love to air around 7.5-8 psi. This gives me a good firm ride, and fast handling. When I hit rocky hills, I run around 4 psi, any higher and you tires will bounce and lose traction easier. When mudding or on muddy hills, I like around 2 psi to really widen the tire out and allow me to have a larger footprint. If I am riding in an area that is likely to have all 3 types of trails, I keep a happy medium around 4 psi.
This seems to work for me.
