sorry to bother u kawlaris, but how did u take those racks off. does it still have enough support for the plastic without the racks or did u have to support it with something else. it looks pretty cool without the racks. and do u have any close ups of it without racks? thanks alot

The racks do not support the fenders at all. The rear fenders are supported by the aluminum brackets under the fenders. The front fenders are solely supported by the frame and also the footwells. I made some brackets to support the front bumper in place of the racks. I just posted some more pictures here. Atv upgrades

Locopie,

Which aftermarket bulbs did you put in? I’m looking at a Dennis Kirk book, and the Xenon Halogen bulbs start at 12V/60-55W. The stock bulbs are 12V45W. Can these higher Wattage bulbs be used? Will they fit, and if they do, will they be too hot?

I found that if you buy the aftermarket lights you get some improvment the high wattage ones that just replace the bulbs you already have. Kinda expensive for the improvement but an easy fix. Plus you can get them in colors, which is kinda sweet i like the blue, i think they help some

I am not satisfied with the lighting on mine. I was looking at the higher watt bulbs to replace the stock ones to see if that makes enough of a difference. Also looking for advice. Keep talking boys - I've seen some good ideas so far.
