sur trak
#2
I had sur traks on my last quad. I liked them a lot. Great mud tire, they ride good on hard pack too. Good tire all around, lots of bite, and they wear well. Some people don't like the fact that they are two ply, but they seemed very puncture resistant too me. The rubber the tire is made out of seemed a lot harder than your typical two ply tire. Plus the two ply is lighter. I ran a lot of woods where thorns were an issue, I would get thorns stuck in my stock tires quite a bit, I never got a single flat with the sur tracks.

Just put Sur Traks on my Warrior and tried them out for the first time on Sunday. Totally pleased with the results!!! I was afraid they may be too aggressive for some sections, bite in too much...uh uh! They appear to be the best of all worlds. Good rock climbers, deep powdery dirt (feel like you're on a sled), but will still slide when you need them to. We haven't had any rain, so there was no mud to try them out in, but I'm thinking they will be great in that also. They don't brake as well as my stocks did, but I don't ever use the back brake anyway.
