What kind of tires and what are the sizes of them on Penlands quad? I'm thinking of getting something more of a all around tire and if it works for him then it should work for me.

Has anybody ran those ITP tires yet?

when I called Mike Penland for springs, he offered me his tires. Says he only uses a set of tires for one race only and that they are made of kevlar. You might want to call him to see if he will give you a good deal on a set of his tires.

 

What is his number? and how much did he wnat for them. Think he would throw in the rims!!!!!

 

What kind of springs is he running? I have ATR's I love them. I have many posts talking about them. do a search. remember Mike Penland is sponsored by Maxxis. He really has no choice but to push their tires

 

Mike runs stock springs, but Kilby runs red and black PBRs.

Mike may be sposored by Maxxis but he seems to be a very honest man when you talk to him. I don't think he would steer you wrong.
