kx250 engine in mojave frame help!!

Default kx250 engine in mojave frame help!!

i want a kx250engine in my 2000 mojave frame!!!!!! can anyone help me out with this engine swap. i will be racing next season and i don't think i can turn the stock powerplant into what i want without going dirt-poor. can anyone offer any help on this swap? and what year engines will fit the frame?

i had a 91' kx250 motor in a mojave it flew! I would help but i live far from you

alba,
did you need to make alot of modifications to you frame besides new motor mounts to make this work? and how did the pipe fit? was it a stock pipe or aftermarket? and do you know if and of the newer kx engines will fit? and one last thing how much did it cost to mount the engine in the frame? thanx alot!

Iam in the process of the same thing!I would love some TIPS from some one who has done this befor!
