I just put 28" 589 on and I love em. I don't know about those rims, I wouldn't want to get something wedge right throught the rims. I don't see how rims can improve the handling of the 650... Max horsepower? is it because the are lighter? rims are not heavey anyways.

I have not found out exactly how much they weigh, but high lifter says they are almost as light as cast aluminum wheels. I know there is a 4lb. difference between their c series and the steel D-hole wheel, so thats a total of 16lbs. Since I am going with a heavier tire than the Dunlop, I would like to save as much weight as possible. I really like the c series wheel, but I just wanted something a little different.

Nice rims!! I like em!!!!! If you can shave off 16 pounds by putting on those wheels, I would do it(if I had the jack). You're gonna want to go as light as possible with your rims cause your tires are gonna weigh a ton. I put 26 inch 589s on mine and noticed some power loss. When I can afford it, I was thinking of buying the c-series, but now I'm thinking about the High Lifter Lites!!!!! Go for these rims. It'll look sweet!
