Default 'Clank' sound while in 4wd Low

Raynist, I adjusted my linkage this morning after all the gift opening. Needed to get out of the house anyway!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!! I wound up basically "shortening" the linkage by about 1/16 of an inch or so. That's all it took. I took my quad across the street where they have a small hill and gassed er hard all the way to the top. No clank at all. Hope this is your problem as well, as it is a very easy fix.

Next time I take the middle plastic off I'm going to change the range adjustment on the shifter just a little. My shifting works great, but I think it would be the most correct if the range was adjusted longer. That's the adjustment on the shift selector itself, in case someone doesn't know. Most people haven't needed to do it..
