I need to know if this tire will fit my 03 650 stock rims they are 27X10-12 and 27x9-12
With the shorter side wall will this rais my ride hight.

not sure! But by the tire size you have given the height is 27". That is 2" over stock so it should give you 1" more clearance. But as we all know these tire manufacturers do not all hav the same size tape measure.
