Default Parts for my Tecate 4

Ok Im starting to rebuild my Tecate 4. I have a list of parts that I want to get for my quad but before I go and buy some parts I would like for some of you to tell me if my list is good or bad or what i should change.

Pro Taper handle Bars
PRM Baja Style Grab Bar
DG Steel Nerf Bars
LRD Pipe&Silencer
Dura Blue Axle
B and B Racing Rebuilt Engine

That is all I have for now what I need to know is what rims and tires to get. I do or will be doing alot of riding on sand. I have alot of parts to get and I will be asking others opinions alot on here as Im not sure what to get for the Tecate 4. TIA

I guess no one wants to reply to my message. I know there are some Tecate 4 owners out there.

sandslinger -- you'll have to pull the clutch cover and have a look.

Ringgold -- I just put Pro Tapers on my Tecate and they're really nice. I agree with Beasty -- try to get aluminum nerf bars so that you don't have to worry about painting them and them rusting on you. Nerfs tend to get beat up pretty good if you do trail riding too. I talked to LRD before and they no longer offer the pipe. But if you get a Power Pros pipe you'll be getting the same one that LRD used to sell. As far as axles go, don't rule out RPM. Check out their website and their prices. I have a B&B Racing engine and it runs very well.

Congrats on your Tecate! I'm afraid that I won't be too much help with your problem though. Whenever I jump mine it lauches straight and true. I was very happy with the way that it took to the air. Are you giving it a blip of the throttle at the top of the jump?

I definitely think that would help. Have you changed your pipe or anything? If your current jetting is OK then try to clean your carb, change your plug and make sure that your air cleaner is clean.
