Hey Prairiewrench, good to see you on here. This is John, I was the one talking to you via e-mail about Bobs bike last week. When and where is this race held. I would love to enter something like that. I was just talking to Mike Penland last week about the same type of race. I am looking to get that aluminum rack done next month then I shoot you and Bob the pictures. Thanks again for the help from you and Bob.

John

The race will be the last weekend in Oct. here in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Mike Penlands team won the utility class here for the 2002 race on their 650 Prairie. I helped build the track and was also an official and after seeing the race from the sidelines we have decided to give Penlands a run for their money this year. Dirtwheels and several other magazines covered the race. It is in the Feb. 03 issue of dirtwheels and you can also find more info about it at atvscene.com I can't wait to see how your rack turns out. I also like the older muscle cars like you told me about, I have had a few and still have a 72 Nova. Have a great day!

Would you be a mechanic who Bob uses and by Bob you mean Oldmanwheeler. I have talked with Bob many times about his machine and mine. If Iowa were closer I would love to enter the 12 hour race test out some of my inovations. Sound like a good venue to participate in keep up the good work will keep in contact.

HAHA, I didnt steal the teeth idea from you guys this time. I actually saw it in a atv magazine a few months back on a red Prairie the was running through some deep mud. Unless that was Bobs before he had the green plastic.

HA HA HA jjs3788,,,,, that is the same wheeler back when it was red,,,, it also won that race through them muddy waters! Bob stuck a girl on it and said have fun,,, she blasted through the muck and came out in less that a minute! If I remember right, all others ran over a minute. That was when we had the TT race here.

Hey alltoys, yep,, I'm the one doing it all to Oldmanwheelers machine ( Bob Fleege). I got it again right now, he let a guy borrow it and he clipped a tree with the right front wheel and tore it off the machine, bent tie rod ends, tie rod, a arm, busted the strut housing at the bottom and so on.

Congrats to you Bartlett Racing and thanks for showing up, I will see you here in October. Oh, I was the guy at the top of bathtub hill waiting to drag out the stuck or wrecked machines! Thankfully all I had to do was help get a few unstuck!
