1st Ride Report
Picked up the Prairie yesterday, 5 inches fresh snow last nite, 9 degrees, windchill about 25 below
Went riding anyway. ATR's seem to hook up pretty good, went up banks, thru ditches, cut donuts, all in 2wheel dr.
Cold blooded thing, (lean probably) ran good once it warmed up. Engine braking felt strong coming down hills.
Steering felt light in 2 wheel, (maybe due to snow?) Finally had to go home to defrost.
Wife was embarrassed, said the neighbors would think I needed to be committed.
Scared the crap out of myself unloading it yesterday, kept dying as I was backing it out of the truck, gave it a little too
much gas, engine caught good, shot me backwards out of the truck and down the ramp before I could even think.
Had to go change my shorts. Will be ready next time.
Can't wait to do all the Mods

Hey oxygen, dont feel too bad about the unloading incident. I have one better. I was loading mine up, in the bitter cold, when I hit the gas a little too hard. It wheelied up the ramps, over the fenders and into the rear of my 01 Silverado extended cab. It bent the bed of the truck into the cab, which also dented inward and shattered my rear window. I was sick about it. To top it off I had a two hour drive home with no rear window. Burrrr
