Fluid Changes on 650
First ?-
Do you guys refill oil, differential and rear brake according to capacities or to the fill levels. In the two changes i have done the recommended amount was always over or under the fill levels. I know some are tipping the 650 over to fill the front differential, isn't that obviously over the fill amount (bottom thread of fill hole).
Second ?-
Both times I have got oil all over my skid plate. I know some take it off but I have a plow mount that makes that more difficult than I would like to mess with. Some one said something about a milk carton? It seems to tight for that. I hate oil drips on my garage floor for a few weeks after each change.
What are you guys doing?

HUH? Why tip the bike? I use a funnel. with a hose on it.....one to fill auto-trannys works for me. I fill mine to the recommended level. On the P-650, I believe both diff. levels come to the bottom thread of the check/fill plugs.
Nyroc--- did you post any pix of my Radial Outlaws?

TRX, I have 1 photo of your 650 with outlaws on it.
I tip my 650 because the right amount of oil never seems to go in, not unless I let it settle and come back and top it up again and again. So I leave it draining a long time, then tip it and put .2 quarts in it.
I attached a hose fitting to the oil bottle lid so I can squeeze the oil in when it is cold.
