question on black spring
#21
I just put 27" Mudlites on this weekend. Absolutly love them.
I have only had my p650 For a week or two now, what do you guys recommend for after market parts. I would like to do a few things to the machine but not sure what I should start with. What is the cost on a black spring? Is it worth it?

It is $25, and easy to install. It is worth every penny, worth it's weight in salt, gold, platinum, titanium, and any other cliche you can think of.
It doesn't make you take of harder, nor loose any top speed. It does lower the gearing a little to help out with those big tires.
The biggest thing is it decreases belt slippage and reduces belt wear.

2003650: Thanks for the info. You have made my mind up, I'll order the tires next month when the snow starts to melt. I have the Bear Claws mounted on the stock rims (what I run now) and will use them for winter riding and switch to the ATR's on C-Series in the spring. Once again, thanks for the help.

Bart--- nyroc has pix of my bike, with the "C's" and spyders/Maxxis Sur-Trax. Also, has has one pic of my bike with the Radial Outlaws and "C's" on the rear. They are on his 650 website/Knowledge Base, if you wanna look.
