Some guys have added the ATV supercool additive to their rads and it made a big difference. The fan does not come on near as much in hot weather. The atv heat fighter kit also has an oil additive and wrap for the exhaust but I've heard the coolant additive has the biggest effect overall. I'm thinking on trying it this summer. I'm in the mud a lot and when the rad gets mud in it the fan is on almost all of the time.
