Default Parts compatibility KVF VS Prairie 650

I own a KVF 650(canadian model) and have the opportunity to purchase a Prairie 650(american model) for parts, as it is wrecked.
I was just wondering about interchangeability of parts from one to the other. For instance I looked both over very closely and noticed some casting #'s were different. One in particular was the front differential there is a casting mark on the right side that looks like a circle with a line through it. There is one # on the top of the line and one on the bottom and they are different between the two quads.
Can anyone shed some light on what these kind of markings mean because I dont want to waste my money?

most parts would work, I would say there should be enough parts for you to get your money back and besides the black plastic on the one that was wrecked that I seen on EBAY is worth a million dollars.

The stamp you seen is either the time or the date it was made that way if something went wrong they could track it to a batch for recall or whatever.Dont worry its nothing they should match.
