HELP!!!!
im confused guys. im tryin ta make a decison on wat quad ta get. Its between the kfx 400 and the predator. im only 5'10 and 135 pounds. i love both bikes. the predator has awesome handling and is very fast. but its over weight and has no reverse. the kfx is better looking i think and has reverse. but there is a 100cc difference which isnt that big of a deal. i ride mostly trails and little tracks where i ride once in a while and sometimes real race tracks. so i want something reliable and nice looking and faster then a mojave lol. im leaning toward the kfx but i know the predator has a lot of good things on it that the kfx doesnt. like the thing that helps bump steer a lot, it has the special brake lines, and it comes stock with maxxis razrs, etc. but it has no reverse! and i need reverse cuz i ride trails and im really to lazy to push 415 pounds out of a hole or jus to back up. im refering to the predator about the 415 pounds. and i think i will kill myself on the predator cuz i kno its fast. also many people have said that the kfx is one of the best handling, andhas the smoothest power. so it is a bad a$$ quad. so can i have your guys input on this?

HELP!!!!
Tough choice.
The Pred isn't overweight....the extra weight is mostly from the high grade wheels, skid plate, and axle. Take those out of the equation and you should be just under 400lbs. Not having a reverse is a major hang up though...it's the only thing keeping me from getting one. If you ride in and area where you need reverse (like me), get the KFX. Both are great quads.

HELP!!!!
I would think hard about the 400. I had a 400ex and it handled VERY well and the 400 is very close in design. The Pol. is not a bad machine but I would be a little concerned about the weight and how well it will hold up. It is only the first year it has been out so it may take some time for the bugs to work out. Add to that it is their first sport quad and they are not know for putting out bullet products in the past. I have to agree with the others when they say go out and find someone that has one you can test ride in the dirt and see how you fit and feel on each one. Maybe the Pol. is right for you but you may not know until you really get a few minutes in the seat.
Good luck with which ever you choose and happy riding!!
