Default pilot screws

Just finished my rejet. Had to order a #145 jet from the local dealership, which is Honda. Was very specific with them that I needed a small round Keihin main jet #145. They placed my order (none in stock) and when i finally received it, I saw that it was a Mikuni jet (what boneheads!!!) Now this Mikuni jet was very similar to the Keihin jet (just a little taller) and did screw in and may even be a direct replacement . I went ahead and used it and the bike seems to run ok, although I haven't had a chance to fine tune the settings.

Just wondering if I should order the Keihin jet or leave in the mikuni jet?

I set mine at 3turns front and 3.5 rear and I still have hesitation at take off but it I run it 1/4 throttle and mat it, it takes off great.
