mojave, warrior, or 300ex

I've had a Mojave and currently have a 300EX. We had them both for about a month before we sold the Mojave and here's what I think. First off, the Mojave felt like a tank compared to my 300EX. I was able to jump a lot farther and manuever my 300EX a lot more than the Mojave. Power felt about the same on the two, both were stronger at different points, Mojave more top end and 300EX more bottom end. Ergonomically, the 300EX is a dream compared to the Mojave. From the moment I got the 300 I felt comfortable on it, but the Mojave seemed to wide in the gas tank area, and the bars seemed to low. The liquid cooling was awesome on the Mojave, on those hot days that I cruised around with shorts on, I hardly felt the heat on my legs, and I can only remember the fan coming on once, the 300EX on the other hand, where pants all the time if you want to keep your legs from getting burnt. In the trails, I felt the Mojave turned better, but if the trail got remotely rough, the 300EX suspension would get me through faster. The reverse system is easier on the Mojave, but I personally don't see the 300EX's version to be that much harder and get in and out almost as fast. Same goes for the airbox, some people find the Mojave's to be a pain, I didn't see that much wrong with it, although the 300EX's is easier. Looks wise, they both look cool to me, the Mojave have an almost 250Rish look to it, and the 300EX looking pretty racer like itself. If I had to do it all over again and decide to mod the Mojave or buy a 300EX, I would have probably still bought the 300EX, or even saved more for the Raptor (only thing out at the time besides 400EX and Banshee). The Mojave would probably respond better to mods, but it doesn't make much of a difference if I am not comfortable on it. Thats just my 2 cents.

Aight guys,
I have a 2002 mojave and it's my first quad, that i have owned. I testdrove the 300ex and i liked it but i did notice more punch off of the line with the mojave. (Seeing asthough i was on my back first time i let out the clutch) Now that i have bought the mojave i think i made the right choice. The only thing that i don't like about it is going over whoops the *** end lands kinda hard. I haven't gotten to check out how to adjust the rear shock yet. But everything else im happy with. I ride with three z 400's all the time and going threw the trails i have to wait for them to catch up with me cause the mojave is not as wide. For trails it's a blast.

Mojave is a solid machine. I have had my mojave for about 2 years now and I wouldnt trade it for anything. (well except a KFX 400 or 700). The Mojave is a very dependable machine, I have ridden trails with three foot mud holes and all kinds of water and mine was the only one running fine at the end. Its an all around machine, I suggest mojave
