Yes my Raptor is ported. Trinity said that with the all the head work that was done that my compression would be in mid to high 10's even though I went with the 11:1 J.E. piston. I could have went with a 12:1 or a 13:1 with a more radical cam, but then I would be forced to run racing fuel. The way I am sitting right now it is very strong and very ridable in any condition. If I want to put around with the kids while they are riding their little YMF80 Moto-4 I can and when I want to put the smak-down on STecate925, I can do that too. I did the editing in Movie Shaker (Sony software) and converted it into an Internet friendy format using MGI Video Wave 4. Everything that comes out of Movie Shaker is huge. Or if you do try to make a smaller size file it is small and pretty much worthless if you want to see any details.

We will run them again when STecate925 gets his pipes and jets...........assuming he doesn't have jetting problems, it should be stronger.

 

Greg you said it!! Everybody assumes that if you have your motor worked on that you ott to have a "drag motor". Thier is somthing to be said about having a Great running MILD big bore that can be treated as a stock engine would, and still have that little extra something for when you get the URGE!!


They make 760 DS's with 60h.p that is as reliable as a stock engine, and the make a 760 that is WILD, but you would never dream of put putting at 5 mph all day with the kids.

Yup that sounds like the same kit my bro had in his raptor. Thats a great running kit. Quite a bit more go but its not a drag only bike.
