Default 650 or 700 for my wife. Will the 650 handle dunes?

My wife is now riding a 250 trail blazer and it works ok for the trails but it just wont get her around the dunes. I ride a banshee and really like to ride the dunes (St.Anthony) but I cant get her to go anymore because the trail blazer wont get her around and she is always stuck. Yes I have the 250 piped and paddled and generally running well. She will ride only a belt drive auto transmission so that limits my choices. the new 700 sounds great but the 650 would suet her (& me) better for everything except the dunes, and I can use it around the yard for work. We also trail ride. Finally (sorry for the book) Will the 650 get her around in the sand ok? she will not be trying to climb the biggest dunes but if you have ridden there you know just getting to the west end requires more than the 250. Thanks.

The 650 works great in the dunes. Specially with a set of paddlemasters on ther rear. The 700 is only for the most experienced riders so unless she has great riding ability i would go with the 650.

I have to tell you Sandrider that I am very impressed with the 650 in the sand. My wife absolutely insisted that she get a 4x4 quad so after hunting around for a while we were settled on the Grizzly. Now, originally I had no intention of looking at Kawi's or Suzuki's but while we were in the store one of the customers pleaded with us to at least go look at the Kawi's. Now I am so happy that we did. My wife and myself don't have ANY regrets about getting a 650. It is absolutely the sportiest of all the utility quads. We wanted to be able to go to the mountains and the dunes and she is able to keep up with me and my 700 just fine. I would highly reccommend the 650.
