Question
did these mods to my machine and still only get @50-55 mph on my speedo gets there quicker it seems but got over 60mph stock tires and all could my speedo be off from the tires , in low range it wheelies real easy.

also got 3 turns on the idle adjustment it is not as cold blooded

 

Your speedometer may be off, but I don't think mods will help you on top end until the CDI is addressed. No matter what else you did, the CDI will limit you on your top end speed. Most of those mods should help your acceleration.

 

The mods you list will get you to top speed quicker, but probably won't help the top speed go higher. Outlaws aren't known for being light, and the H/L clutch kit is all about getting back your low and mid-range with big tires.
