Default 117 Horse Power Super Charged Nitrofied P650

Only had a little time this weekend before it started to snow man it snowed. I put the Green Machine onto a %15 boost of Nos along with the blower wich produced a thumping 117 hp without any timeing nock I was going to try %25 Nos but weather put a damper on the testing. I have one minor problem though.....the tension adjusters that put pressure on the cam chains sort of stripped from the extra pressure put on the cam chains for some reason. There is a housing with a ratcheted plunger pushing on the chain it alows for the chain to go in one direction only at least it is supposed to. There is a hollow cap that holds a spring with a rod to push on the ratchted plunger. The threads on both caps are pulled out of the aluminum housing, the extreme pushing on the cam chain must be exerting phenominal pressures. The only reason I checked this out is because I seemed to be haveing the odd detonation on full throttle take offs but not always. Soon as I tried to pull the caps off the cam chain tensioner I knew what was happening. At least the motor is still in one piece. It snowed to much to try a higher Nos boost next weekend should be dryer will post later with details.

Oh ya think so,,, well mine puts out 350 hp and that's all stock, no blower, no NOS, and so on! Oh wait,, I guess that would be my truck that I haul the rearendless Prairie in! LOL Well, Oldmanwheeler is getting to come visit ya again alltoys so look out, he may just try to sneak that monster away from ya and bring it back to me! At least the rear end anyway! Still no word on this axle housing so now it's my turn to call the dealer, I've been letting the old man take care of it but nothing seems to be happening and I'm tired of waiting! Look out boys, all he)) is gonna break loose now! Kawi is getting a call!

Idon'tknow,
I have the blower driven off the internal shaft just behind the front drive clutch fully independent of the clutch itself no belts at all totally gear driven. The blower can be disconnected at any time stock engagement there is also a single side draft carb that the blower attaches to.

Prairiewrench,
I will be looking forward to seeing Oldmanwheeler I PM'd him my e-mail just need to call him I think I have his number somewhere. Hope you have better luck with the rear axle housing, warranty I don't think will come into play there but if you go with what is moddified on the 700 especially the reinforceing ring surrounding the bolt holes then you might have a leg to stand on. Good luck!!!!!!

Biggerisbetter,
My Super Charger is from my days of racing 1/4 mile Harleys almost 25 years ago you might think something that old might not work. All I can say it works great, a little heavy for my purpose but who do you know that makes a blower for Kawi engine. I will have pics later on for your peering eyes, if my workmanship is in doubt take a look at Nyroc's web site take a gander at the turbo unit I had on the P650. The turbo is much more indepth than the Charger ever will be!!!!!!!!! have fun till later.

Hi Mich660,
Its good to see you on the forum again must have been a busy winter for you. I can't run it right now with ailing cam chain tensioners. I picked up a good idea from Sascach using a heli coil to repair problem with threads. The little tensioners are over one hundred dollars CDN for one...........ouch! It seems the more you moddify the more you have to moddify something else LOL. It's good to hear from you again and yes I will send you some pics. My wife cought me doing wheely out of the toy shop sitting on the front rack and I was just messing around. Wifey said if I was going to kill myself she was going to get a picture of it LOL.
