hello im posting the same thing in both the polaris forum and kawasaki forum so it doesnt seem one sided.. i have been debateing on a whether to get the kfx400 or the kfx700 well after awhile i decided on the kfx400 because it will fit in my truck and i want the manual clutch. when i was rdy to decide, the predator came to mine, while i dont know much about the predator i know that it like 400$ more but it has no bump steer. i live in az and usually ride ay hassampyee river ( to all of you who dont know this place, its a dry river bed with lots of hills sand in the summer and a few trails). i also want to get started in some races so which one would be the best.. you input would really help me .

Can only tell you that everytime I meet someone with a Predator, they're already trying to get rid of it. Sleek looking machine, but every owner has something different bad to say about it. Hope you find the right machine for you, and it treats you well.

 

i own a predator and have no problems with it.

 

i know the predator and the kfx are new so they haven got the one year glitched yet. i heard the z400 axle bends easiloy is that true with the hfx to?? wat about the predator i havent had much luck with polaris so im not sure

 

i think they fixed the kxfs axles.

 

I've had my kfx 400 for a month now, and I love it. Makes good power and is a blast on the trails. I'm taking it to the motocross track on Firday, I'll let you know how that goes.

 

thanx id like to here the outcome. im not sure but the kfx is 5699 in most places right and the predator is about 6000 right?? also wat about the delorship is polaris stand behind the product and help you out. im pretty sure kawasaki does

i have a question on both quads, im a semi expierenced rider and was wondering will the predator or kfx400 stall out easily if u arent an expert on the clutch, im alright on riding manual clutch quads but i wanna know , do u have to be an expert to ride these two machines

 

The predator in my opinion beats the KFX 400 in every category. Im not saying that the KFX is a bad quad just that the predator seems to be far more superior than it. It is very fast i mean a very nice acceleration and all around awesome machine. In my opinion it is the second best quad made now just behind the KFX. But it is the best manuel made quad made.
