I was wondering if anyone knew the correct filter number for an Amsoil oil filter for the V-Force. I read a post a while back on filters and I got the number smf-103 which is supposed to be for the 650 Prarie, which I would assume would be the same. I also got a Fram # from the dealer (which I don't have in front of me at the moment) which was used to cross ref. for a double check and that came up with a SDF13. Anybody know which one is right?

It's the same part number as the Prairie 650. I ordered several of them from http://store.yahoo.com/azmotorsports...akikfx700.html

The stock number is 16097-1072 (Kawasaki). They sell them for $7.81 each.

The people at AZMotorsports are great. I paid over $12 for a filter from my local dealer.

Note: these filters are for both the Prairie 650 & the KFX 700. I don't know if they use them on other machines.
