I have Boyesen Power Reeds on my Scrambler. They cost me a cool $30 and don't look much different then stock. Non carbon fiber, they gave me very little more power. Oh well, worth a try!!

I see that a lot of you guys out there run the Delta V-Force reeds. Would this be a good item to add to my machine? Will it work good with my RCR Stage 1 Kit?

And the most important question-are they worth the $150 they are asking for it? Right now I am going back and forth between the V-Force reeds and a complete clutch kit.

Like most things they work best with a modified bike, Since you are running the stage 1 kit I would say go for it, I noticed a better throttle response and a little bit more on top with mine. If is between that and a complete clutch kit though I think you will FEEL more with the clutch kit, If you can only get one now I would say get the clutch kit first you will definetly like diference

Todd400,

I think your right...for the money ($80) I can get a clutch kit. I was just wondering cuz I see lots of you guys run the V-Force reeds.

I think I will try the clutch kit and see what happens.

If you do get a kit go ahead and get the kit with the helix, It helps alot on the back-shift, I thinks it's another $50 if you get it with it.
