friend has a tecate3. runs great for about 10 mins then just cuts out. i heard that the stators were a big problem on these and ricky stator has the fix. does it sound like the stator to you all or is it something else. your knowledge will be appreciated.

 

I'm no Tecate guru but yeah I heard that the stators were a problem with them also. Sounds like you need to get your stator rewound or by a new one and yeah Ricky Stator is the person to get a hold of. (619) 449-3905
